Ismael González’s steamy drama Al sur del edén (1981) may translate to South of Eden, but it’s clear from the casting choices that paradise isn’t very much farther north. Andrea Albani, Berta Cabré, and Sara Mora star in a tropical adventure in which sandy beaches, seaside caves, and romantic hotel suites are all destinations for sinful experimentation. All three actresses let the sun hit their bronzed skin in carnal encounters that range from creepy (Mora’s encounter is pretty vicious) to downright divine.
