The German adventure flick Liane, das Mädchen aus dem Urwald (1956) features Marion Michael as a young woman living among the tribal peoples of Africa, where she is worshipped as a goddess. When a team of explorers brings her back to Germany, it is discovered that she is in fact a wealthy heiress and must try to fit in to high society.
