Jessica Schwarz jump started her career thanks to the German teen magazine Bravo who made the lovely, navel pierced brunette their Girl of the Year 1993. After three years of modeling, she was cast by the German MTV equivalent VIVA to host shows like Interaktiv and Film ab. In 1999 Jessica had her movie debut in the pilot of the short-lived TV series Jets - Leben am Limit but it wasn't until 2001's Nichts bereuen that someone really sat up and took notice of all of her talents. The critically acclaimed romantic drama opposite her fiancée Daniel Brühl proved beyond any doubt that Jessica, unlike other former VIVA compatriots (Mola Adebisi, Nils Bokelberg and Heike Makatsch come to mind), actually is a real actress!
