Three cheers for trash-talking teens in teensy-tinsy skirts! That's the magic that makes Bring It On (2000) work. Upper-class blondie Kirsten Dunst has just become the head of her champion cheerleading squad and is looking forward to yet another year on top of the heap when she learns, thanks to tart new tart Eliza Dushku, that all of their cheers are booty. It seems that the former tip-top cheer on campus was stealing chants from the working-class black lasses of East Compton High, led by gorgeous Gabrielle Union. This can only mean one thing: it's on! With big competitions coming up fast, the white chicks have to come up with some new tricks or risk getting beaten to bits. Since this is a teener flick, it fits that there's no nudity, but Kirsten does a nice jig on her bed wearing next to naught, and Bring It On sweetens the deal when she and Eliza vamp around a carwash in bikinis. H-O-T!
