Concert film - music and comedy from Sandra Bernhard. This was originally broadcast as a 60 minute special. The DVD also includes an additional 30 minutes which were edited from the broadcast and not seen before.

Sandra is a remarkably good singer and parodist.

As for her non-musical comedy, I think it is refreshing that, in an increasingly edgeless world, she still has an edge. She takes hard shots at Princess Di, she discusses various imagined sexual activities involving celebrities, and she takes direct aim at the insincere things other celebrities do in public.

And she's not afraid to name names. With comedy currently dominated by the silly and issueless, thank heaven somebody is still around to tell it like it is.

I don't know if you want to own this, but I think it's a good rental.

Nudity Report: Sandra performs the entire set in thong panties and a see-through dress. Her breasts are completely visible.
