An investment-company secretary finds herself caught between a rock and a hard place after surviving a bloody mob rampage in the low-budget crime drama Truth Be Told (2002). After barely managing to escape with her life, Rayne Johnson (Regina King) discovers that two crooked cops (Blair Underwood and Craig Sheffer) want her dead just as badly as the goons who fired in the first place. In many respects, Jeffrey W. Byrd’s film is a by-the-numbers B-flick, but it does have one amazing thing going for it. Sprightly Blossom neighbor Jenna von Oÿ is a devout Christian actress who rarely appears in anything but the most wholesome fare; however, here she takes a rare walk on the wild side by appearing as a scantily clad stripper.
