In Blackbelt (1992), a rehash of The Bodyguard (1992), schlock veteran Don “The Dragon” Wilson plays a tough guy out to save endangered diva Deirdre Imershein. Actually, The Bodyguard doesn’t have a villain nearly as cool as Matthias Hues, who has a field day as a mother-obsessed maniac with an army of kickboxing henchmen. Deirdre is also a pretty impressive match for Whitney Houston as a buxom brunette bitch. She even throws in a hot nude scene. Mia M. Ruiz also spices up this rip-off with one of her earlier skinema appearances.
