The drama Hard Country (1981) stars pre-Airwolf Jan-Michael Vincent as factory worker Kyle, who hates his job but loves drinking at the bar with his buddies. Kim Basinger, in her first ever movie role, plays his girlfriend, Jodie, who is tired of wasting away in a small town and takes a job as a flight attendant to get away. Kyle’s brother, Johnny Bob (Gailard Sartain), sells real estate and hits on Kim Basinger, who flashes her panties at the camera getting it on with a mustachioed Jan-Michael. The country’s not the only thing hard here.
