Flamboyant Spanish director Pedro Almodovar tries his hand at horror in The Skin I Live In (2011). Elena Anaya stars in this twisted tale of sex, revenge, and gender-reassignment surgery as Vera, the frequently nude, frequently operated upon captive of demented plastic surgeon Robert Ledgard (Antonio Banderas). Ledgard’s wife committed suicide after being disfigured in a car crash, and now he’s looking to re-create his true love…with Vera as his canvas.

Blanca Suárez’s full moons will make you rise when she bares boobs under the stars, but it’s skin veteran Elena Anaya who's the real star in this picture. Elena bares boobs in six scenes on the operating table, in bed with Antonio, and even being raped by a freaky tiger-man. As a bonus, we get an excellent view of her round rump when Antonio comes to save her from the striped weirdo. The skin I live in just grew about 6 inches!
