Baumander’s film unfolds as a deranged, Nazi-sympathizing ex-military man (Stacy Keach) is plotting to unleash a killer virus on the African continent. Fortunately his son-in-law John (Jeff Wincott) is up to the task of stopping the old coot, and with ray gun in hand he zooms into action to save the Dark Continent. Of course, like any swaggering hero, John’s in need of constant support from his buxom blonde girlfriend, who flashes plenty of flesh while helping him to recharge his batteries.
