After megalomaniac Katherine Parker (Sigourney Weaver) breaks her leg on a skiing trip, she leaves her sexy, struggling secretary Tess McGill (Melanie Griffith) to take care of business in Working Girl (1988). Discovering that her employer was about to take credit for her idea to save a company from a foreign takeover, Tess goes about sealing the deal by impersonating the boss lady and stealing her guy (Harrison Ford) in the process.
