The German soap Klinik unter Palmen follows the lives and loves of the doctors and staff of a hospital in the Philippines. Starring Klausjürgen Wussow as doc Frank Hofmann, the show, true to its soapy roots, is packed with stacked, stellar sirens . . . and because this ain't American TV, they sometimes bare their potato pancakes and seat meat.
