The centerpiece of writer-director Charles Band’s wigged-out horror romp Head of the Family (1996) is just that—a gigantic head on a tiny, withered body. His name is Myron (J.W. Perra). He gets around in a big wheelchair and he psychically controls the other members of his equally intriguing family. Each member of the mutant clan, through insane experiments, has been imbued with superhuman powers. Still, none are quite as potent as Jacqueline Lovell and Alexandria Quinn, who exhibit mighty abilities all their own merely by taking off their clothes.
