Tough cookie Anne Heche is a magazine editor with a marriage on the way until forces of nature get in her way in Six Days Seven Nights (1998), director Ivan Reitman's return to adventurous comedy. Anne's got plans to get hitched to fellow New Yorker David Schwimmer, who's joined her on a tropical vacation in Hawaii. But work can never wait, and Anne makes a date to hop on over to Tahiti in the middle of their time away; there's a photo shoot underway, and when duty calls she answers. Unfortunately there's also a squall in the works, and Anne ends up a castaway with her pilot (Harrison Ford), a gruff sort who barely puts up with the vacationers he has to transport. Now Harrison and Anne have to brave the elements and stomach each other . . . but will they fall for each other?
