The 1997 crime series Mike Hammer, Private Eye featured Stacy Keach reprising the title role of “Mike Hammer,” a character he had already played in the similarly titled 1984 series Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer. The story is the same, centering on a hard-as-nails private eye who, thanks to his undeniable charm and two fists of iron Hammer, is sure to solve any crime he encounters. While Keach was perfectly cast back in 1984, it is obvious that he now lacks the energy and freshness the part requires. As a result, Mike Hammer, Private Eye disappeared rather quickly after its initial season.

Nudity Report: None. Luckily sex kitten Shannon Whirry, who plays the role of Hammer’s secretary/girlfriend “Velda,” has already provided us with various skintastic moments. Check out flicks like Body of Influence, Mirror Images II, and Fatal Pursuit for several lingering shots of Shannon’s surprisingly hairy snatch and her gigantic (real) D-cups, which come equipped with equally gigantic killer areolas.
