The over-the-top, take-no-prisoners, rock-’em-sock-’em blowout Ninja Turf (1985) is a tale of a Korean-American teen who refuses to join a perilously rough-and-tumble street gang. This leads to all manner of complications in his life, as the gangs rule the streets, the school, and every inch of the neighborhood. They even get the sexiest ladies, as evidenced by scream queen Brinke Stevens, who plays a character simply known as Boss's Girl Friend and who treats us all to a topless bubble bath. Our hero has to fight to survive, and fight he does in bombastic, only-in-the-mid-1980s fashion. Ninja Turf will rattle your sword.
