In dire need of a liver transplant in Quelqu'un de bien (2002), the only person Pierre can turn to is his estranged brother Paul, a man he has not seen in almost a decade. Such is the animosity between the two that Paul will not even consider Pierre's request until Marie, the fiancée, gets in between the two to patch things up. The resulting ménage-à-trois is surprising even by French standards. Alice Béat displays wonderful full-frontal nudity as she prepares to service one of the brothers.
