Based on the 1997 movie of the same name, Soul Food is a feast for the eyes starring the mouthwatering Nicole Ari Parker, Malinda Williams, and Vanessa Williams as sisters trying to hold their family together after the death of their mother, Josephine (Irma P. Hall). Produced for Showtime, this seventy-four-episode-long series was the longest-running drama with a predominantly black cast in the history of TV, and it served up nudity too!
