A young Foreign Affairs attaché, in despair because of his wife’s involvement with his boss, accepts an assignment to visit the Atlas Mountains and return a young child to his family, which is supposedly a tribe of prehistoric people lost to modern society. Lots of gorgeous scenery and soul searching make Un aller simple (2000) a charming good time. There are tempting but ever-so-brief scenes of Barbara Schulz’s sweet bits, including a hint of furriness as she slips into the tub.
