Katie Jarvis stars as Mia, a disaffected teen who lives with her promiscuous barfly mother (Kierston Wareing) and her sister (Charlotte Collins) in the housing projects of Essex and dreams of dancing her way into a better life in the highly acclaimed British drama Fish Tank (2009). When Mia’s mom brings home her latest boyfriend, Connor (Michael Fassbender), a sexual attraction quickly develops between the teen and the older man.
