Review

From the heart and from the hand of 80’s teen comedy demigod John Hughes came Weird Science, a stupid but likeable tale of two stupid but likeable geeks (Anthony Michael Hall, Ian Mitchell Smith) who use an odd mix of technology and voodoo to create the ultimate woman, “Lisa” (Kelly Le Brock). Not only was she smokin’ hot, but she also wielded amazing powers that could make the boys’ every wish come true--for a limited time, of course. Naturally, the wishes often backfired on them, resulting in the expected hilarity. Besides some laughs and great T&A, the movie also featured the catchy tune by 80’s legend Oingo Boingo that still pops up in our heads every once in a while and refuses to go away. The 1985 movie was revived a decade later on the USA network, who turned the premise into a weekly series that replaced Le Brock with the no less desirable Vanessa Angel. Surprisingly, the show was able to stretch the premise into eighty-eight episodes before succumbing to cancellation. Ravishing Brit actress Vanessa Angel first caught our attention as the stacked Russian soldier babe who strutted around in her Kremlin-issue panties and bra in Spies Like Us before teasing us further in Homicidal Impulse and Kingpin. Vanessa, be an angel, would you, and give us some full frontal? Thanks. Meanwhile, German-born beauty Brittney Powell gave us a fleeting glimpse of the goods during her striptease in Fled
