A previously unobtainable film by lesbian-vampire maven Jean Rollin, the French crime flick The Escapees (1981) tells the story of a couple of Gallic gal pals (Laurence Dubas and Christiane Coppé) who break out of an institution and go on the run. Along the way they meet up with naked Brigitte Lahaie and all sorts of inexplicable and surreal sexiness ensues before they stab the blonde babe to death. C’est la vie!
