A quick impression of the director: “Okay, I’ve got six hot women stripping, Jennifer Tilly’s jiggling, Daryl Hannah’s dancing, what have I forgotten? Oh, right, the script! Aw, screw it!” Okay, maybe that’s not exactly the way director Michael Radford built this nudity nirvana, but it must be close. The ladies were given free rein to improvise their parts, which were then scripted. And if you haven’t noticed, Meryl Streep isn’t in this film. That said, there is a ton of skin in this pic.
