If a woman's breasts are bigger than average, lighter than air, and visible often enough, she will find that she has very little need to speak. All she needs to do is take in a sharp huff of breath, bust the buttons on her blouse, point her stacks at what she wants, and all the hetero-blooded males in the vicinity will be cutting one another's throats to be the first to bring it to her.
