The fright flick Fear House (2008) casts strawberry-blonde dream-baby Aleece Jones as horror novelist Samantha Ballard, who checks herself into a spooky castle—and doesn't check out. Alone and in groups, Samantha's family descends on the ominous dwelling to search her out and, in relentless procession, they succumb to deaths that arise from their worst fears. Meredith Barnett plays a character who lives in terror of having her shirt ripped open by a ghostly hand, thereby exposing her left breast. She dies that way too.
