The Hong Kong women-in-prison flick Bamboo House of Dolls (1973) features Danish cheesecake Birte Tove as a Red Cross worker imprisoned in a brutal jail run by sadistic torturers in occupied China. There is a lesbian matron (Terry Liu), her blonde sex slave Mary (Roska Rozen), lecherous guards, and a cook who is actually a spy sent to sabotage the prison. A classic of the genre, Bamboo House of Dolls is chockfull of nudity, torture, violence, and intense action sequences. One look at Birte’s bazooms as she’s bludgeoned by a bully and you’ll be beating your bamboo!
