The French crime drama J'irai au paradis car l'enfer est ici (1997) features François, a first-time hit man and son of a local gangster boss. When he’s caught up between competing factions, he finds solace in the arms of a local nightclub singer, played by Claire Keim. The going gets rough, as François must sit idly by while his partners are falling all around him. Lucky for him, he gets to be distracted by Keim’s marvelous moneymakers.
