Treasure-hunting beach bum Ben “Finn” Finnegan (Matthew McConaughey) becomes so obsessed with locating a 1715 booty called The Queen’s Dowry in Fool’s Gold (2008) that he loses the booty of his wife, played by sprightly sex kitten Kate Hudson. When the exes join forces to nab the loot, they find themselves pitted against rival hunters/nogoodnik gangster Big Bunny. It’s a race to find the treasure as well as a race to find your zipper—Hudson doesn’t break out her teeny dubloons, but her treasured chest still looks great poured into the skimpiest of bikinis.
