In the offbeat domestic comedy Le Giraffe (2000), half-sisters Michela (Sabrina Ferilli) and Roberta (Veronica Pivetti) have managed never to meet despite sharing a father and many of the same personality tics. Born a month apart to two different women in the same Italian village, the women have grown up and carried on with their lives without ever crossing paths. All that changes, however, when their father dies, sparking an extended family collision that leaves everyone involved hopelessly confused. What’s not confusing is the radiant beauty of lead actress Sabrina Ferilli. Although she never shimmies out of her clothing, it’s possible to appraise this chick’s foxiness through her excitingly slinky wardrobe.
