George Clooney plays an assassin in a small town in Italy on his last assignment in the spy thriller The American (2010). While he's waiting for the moment to strike, Clooney decides to bed down with local babe Violante Placido, who gets nude throughout and even goes full frontal. And just one minute into the movie, we get a look at Irina Björklund's Swedish seat meat as a prelude to Violante's skinternational main course. The American is red, white and boobs!
