The thing about being a man is that it is easy to lose track of all the unlikely places where you have spilled your sperm. The three leading males of My Father, My Mother, My Brothers and My Sisters (1999) all have one thing in common: Each has unbeknownst to himself sired a scion. Now, this trio of indiscriminate progenitors is headed, separately, for a Mexican vacation. In the tropical sun, each unwitting father will encounter a long-lost lover who will present him with the child he never knew existed. And since this farcical comic drama is irrepressibly French and fantastique in nature, the unwed mother to all three kids is the same woman!
