Cambio de sexo (1977), a.k.a. I Want to Be a Woman, chronicles the life of a young girly man who decides to see how the other half thrusts and lusts by undergoing a sex-change operation. Barely a woman herself, then eighteen-year-old Spanish sizzler Victoria Abril makes her debut showing her tender hoots and hinder as the gender-bending boy. And oh boy, what a woman Victor/Victoria is. Excellent work doctor!
