Kara (Venesa Talor), the super-sexual extraterrestrial sent to Earth to study human screwin' in Femalien (1996), is still hanging around Earthen ground getting down in Femalien II (1998). Now two fellow aliens, Xeda (Bethany Lorraine) and Trion (Josh Edwards), have been sent to retrieve their wayward comrade from her terrestrial sexual escapades. Meanwhile, nerdlinger ufologist Lester (Damian Wells) and his photog main squeeze Terry (Amy Lindsay) get wind of the alien visitation, but they're not the only ones tailing the space cases—a mysterious man in black (Kurt Schwoebel) is also tracking the trio.
