Il Gatto (1978) is one of those Italian sex comedies that gets its laughs from swarthy gentlemen who sweat at the sight of a pretty lady. The sex here is provided by the always alluring Dalila Di Lazzaro. She also has the only nude scene in a movie about a pair of greedy landlords who try to evict their tenants so they can sell their building for a whopping profit. Their monkeyshines are worthy of many gut busters, but it’s Dalila’s mammy shines that really make this gatto purr.
