The disturbing British horror shocker Killer's Moon (1978) concerns a quartet of psychotic killers undergoing experimental therapy in which they act out their murderous impulses in their dreams. Trouble occurs when the four baddies bust out of their holding facility and come across a busload of stranded schoolgirls—and the wackos think they’re still dreaming, which gives them carte blanche to go berserk.
