Under the title of Les Collégiennes, this was a sexy French drama about new girl Marie-Hélène Arnaud shaking up a boarding school. She’s hot for fellow student Henri Guisol, but schoolmate Christine Carère is pretty hot for Marie-Hélène. This ultimately leads to Christine trying to sabotage the relationship that she originally helped initiate. But that plotline wasn’t sexy enough for filmmaker Radley Metzger. After he bought the American rights to the film, he changed the title to The Twilight Girls (1957), made some edits and added inserts of sexy actresses taking off their tops at bedtime. If you prefer vintage real French actresses, though, Agnès Laurent provides some impressive nudity from the original production.
