Writer-director (and costar) David Arquette's The Tripper (2006) is a bloodshot slasher satire centered on all-American Gus (Christopher Allen Nelson), whose admiration for President Ronald Reagan turns him into a hippie-hacking axe murderer. Among the unkempt tree-huggers who must flee the Reagan-masked marauder are Marsha Thomason and supermodel Jaime King. Also watch for appearances by Courteney Cox (the filmmaker's wife), Paul Reubens (the once-and-forever Pee-Wee Herman), and the full-frontal nakedness of Nicole Wilder. She turns The Tripper into a real gripper.
