The spicy sex comedy Naughty Cheerleader (1970) stars Playboy Playmate and former common-law wife of Hugh Hefner Barbi Benton as a fun-loving high-school girl whose search for sexual satisfaction leads her to a series of adventures and a swinging weekend party. Along the way she meets and beds real-life dirty old man and genius actor Klaus Kinski as well as Hef himself. Barbi keeps her boobs under her bikini, but you can see the Benton breasticles in the 1981 slasher flick Hospital Massacre.
