Give it up for the French; they go warts and all in the TV mini-series La Bicyclette bleue (2000), which depicts the occupation of their cheese-eating country by the big bad Nazis. So expect some baguette-raising scenes of what the French do best--namely, producing perfection in female form--and here that means Laetitia Casta. The model-turned-moaning-picture-star is so luscious that I'd like to cover her fine Parisian cooze-ine with some homemade sauce. Throughout this three-episode soap opera, Laetitia gives us mammy reasons to moan, "Viva la France!"
