Darling Narita is The Girl. The movie is Bang (1995). The Girl auditions for a role, and the producer wants to sleep with her. The Girl gets pulled over and the police officer wants oral satisfaction. That's when she snaps. The Girl turns tables on the crooked flatfoot, cuffing him to a tree and making off with his badge, gun, and motorcycle. The Girl then becomes a cop for one afternoon, whipping wildly through her perilous hometown and experiencing life beyond the law--and, in one great bath scene, beyond her clothes as well.
