Jennifer Van Dyck is a rebelling yuppie in States of Control (1998). If that sounds like an oxymoron, she has an impotent husband who’s not made whoopee with her in over three years. That's revolting! This leads her to deny herself sleep, put herself through painful situations, and obsess with pornography to add a little bang to her dud of a life. She also takes up photography, putting Ellen Greene in a compromising position with some guy, until the action gets so hot Jennifer calls cut and gets the stunt double in, who happens to be her. Maybe she's not so crazy after all.
