When the shows are being broadcast on Channel 69 there's a sort of unwritten rule that they have to be dirty. While at first the programming is merely radical, the protests of televangelist Alan Thicke bring out the real rebels in the station managers, and they decide to fulfill the promise of the station's call numbers with full-frontal nudity! It's a ratings boost, as well as a pants lifter, and the outrageousness builds to a climax when naked aerobics hits the air with the fetching talents of skinful Jessica Hecht and Tamayo Otsuki. Anarchy TV (1997) may not be what The Sex Pistols had in mind when they sang "Anarchy in the UK," but it makes you want to cock your sex pistol.
