An investigative journalist finds himself the target of a cleverly conceived revenge campaign in the psychosexual thriller No Strings Attached (1997). Alternately titled The Last Obsessions, Josef Rusnak’s film stars Vincent Spano as Marc Demetrius, a probing writer whose hit piece on a corrupt psychiatrist proves ruthlessly effective. Soon after beginning a fiery extramarital affair with the beautiful Nicole (Cheryl Pollak), however, Marc realizes that his new mistress has some suspicious and possibly deadly ties to the writer’s nemesis. Pollak’s as convincing as femmes fatale come––the Cali-born brunette dazzles as she reveals her bod during showers and boff sessions.
