The Weight of Water (2000) is two movies for the price of one. The story in present time concerns Catherine McCormack, a photographer/journalist investigating a 19th century double axe murder off the coast of New Hampshire. She and her poet husband, played by Sean Penn, take a combination working trip and vacation sailing on his brother Josh Lucus's boat. Penn wants to dip his quill in his brother's girlfriend, played seductively by Elizabeth Hurley, who does little beside sunbathe topless and simulate oral sex with her big, luscious lips. The other story is of the bloody killings, which features the adorably but fully clothed Sarah Polley. Polley want a cracker? Well, take your top off already!
