The bizarre comedy Second Time Lucky (1984) uses the familiar notion of one couple being reincarnated throughout time--in this case, as an experiment by a curious God. And you’ll be thanking God once you see Diane Franklin starting out as Eve in the Garden of Eden. This gorgeous gal is merrily naked as she cavorts with perpetual boyfriend Roger Wilson. It’s a stunning sight that, sadly, ends as the couple moves on to other time periods. They continue their romance through Roman times, past 1920s Chicago and on to World War II. It’s a sweet story, but you’ll keep waiting for Franklin to finally land in a modern nudist camp.
