The evil terrorist Bin Smokin' (Peter Stickles) flies a miniature airplane into Meatweed Manor to take revenge on Lord Meatweed (Dennis Palozzolo) for having stolen and smoked his foreskin as a baby in the Troma comedy Meat Weed America (2007). Meanwhile Jessie Bell (Carey Sveen) flees to New York to become a model but is corrupted by the evil Hempress (Debbie Rochon), causing Lord Meatweed to rally the troops to save her.
