It’s a shame that Love & Human Remains (1993) is set in some anonymous Canadian city. We’d really like to find the party town where ex-lovers Thomas Gibson and Ruth Marshall enjoy all kinds of erotic hijinks. Ruth’s character, for example, is sleeping with a manly bartender and a hot lesbian schoolteacher. Thomas’s character is hanging out with a lovely dominatrix psychic. The only catch to this sexy neighborhood is the local serial killer. Of course, early death is a small price for hanging out with the likes of Mia Kirshner, Polly Shannon and Joanne Vannicola.
