Juana Acosta has been acting in her native Colombia on TV series since the mid-'90s. But it took the new millennium to launch this south-of-the-border spice girl into the skin side. In the comedy Slam (2003), she gets naked in public with Spanish first-time flasher Estibaliz Gabilondo. It's a nice start, but only a prelude to her breast reveal to date, in the drama A golpes (2005). In it, she goes skinny dipping with Maria Reyes Arias, which is sure to get even the coldest water boiling hot.
