Heavenly Hilary Swank is an unlucky tenant in The Resident (2011), the story of a young doctor who's newly single, ready to mingle, and thoroughly spooked out. That's because her unbelievably swank new Brooklyn loft seems a little crowded. Is her landlord a bit of a peeping creep, or is it all in Hillary's head?
