The official tagline of The Inner Circle (2003) says it all: "When a woman faces her greatest fears . . . her husband and friends are affected in ways they never expected." The woman in question is Barbara Williams, portraying a character also named Barbara, and her greatest fear is breast cancer. Barbara not only survives the disease and a radical mastectomy that removes one of her breasts, but she shows off how hot her one remaining hooter is while examining her body in a bathroom mirror.
